All AJALT teachers are true language professionals. They take a in-house training course upon entering AJALT, and regular refresher courses ensure that they are always up-to-date with the newest teaching methods.

On average, AJALT teachers have over 5 Years of experience, and many have also worked directly on creating our best-selling textbooks.
A large proportion of our teachers have also studied, worked, and taught abroad. They can therefore relate to you, to your background, and to your efforts to master a new and different language and culture.
