Steps for Setting UP Programs for Enterprises

1.AJALT interviews the prospective program participants.

2.AJALT proposes a customized training program.
3.AJALT, the employer, and program participants hold discussions to fine tune the program.
4.The program is finalized and approved by the employer.
5.AJALT develops and delivers the training program.
6.A follow-up interview is conducted among the employer and the program participants.
